Jason Gress, Founder and President of InterVision Systems Technologies Inc., is an entrepreneur, technology visionary and channel expert who lives and works in Silicon Valley. He has founded and managed several successful Silicon Valley ventures during his career. Jason understood the benefits of converged infrastructure and cloud computing years before they became mainstream IT concepts, and he has turned technology disruptions into profitable businesses.
Jason co-founded InterVision Systems Technologies in 1993 and held top leadership roles in Sales, Finance, Engineering and Board of Directors. In his current role as President, he is responsible for driving the company’s continued growth and profitability. InterVision began as a value-added reseller selling and installing Unix hardware, CAD software and consulting services. The company has grown to become a leader in its industry and one of the longest standing West Coast integrators of technology solutions.
In 1996, Jason co-founded Web Zone, a full service managed service provider (MSP) and early stage cloud provider with offices in California and Virginia with over 500 customers. Before being acquired by Yipes Communications, the company operated Data Centers in San Jose, Los Angeles, Dallas, Virginia and New York. Jason served as CEO/President and the time of acquisition and was instrumental in driving strategy at Web Zone.
Jason is actively involved in supporting youth education and sports. This includes contributing to Saratoga High School Media Arts Program, PTA. He has also been involved with youth sports including baseball, basketball and soccer.
Jason holds a B.S. degree in Business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He has participated on the channel advisory boards for numerous IT companies, including Juniper, Brocade, F5, Riverbed, NetApp and Extreme Networks.
